We yet again found ourselves bike-brewery hopping. This time in Fort Collins with a local as a guide, Adam. Fort Collins boasts as one of the top cities for breweries per capita and it ain’t a joke. Thankfully Adam has lived here for a few years and has been able to narrow down the list to the ones he enjoys most. First up, Horse & Dragon.

We rolled in around 3pm on a workday, so the brewery was pretty quiet. We grabbed our glasses and headed out to the patio which was split into two. One was beach-ish themed, the other wooded. We plopped ourselves in the comfy chairs and enjoyed the beer. It was refreshing and delicious. Bonus points for adding dinosaur to anything in my book. We were off to a great start.
