Sandra’s Pick: Ghostwalker IPA

Being “on” is exhausting, especially when it’s required for five hours and you don’t get lunch. A cold brew and some food was necessary. This brewery kept popping up when researching the city, apparently they make a great pizza. So off we went to E9 Brewing.

The building held a shaded patio which was 110% necessary when the PNW is experiencing “unusually sunny and warmer than normal temps”. Lucky us (as I sweat profusely from every. single. pore on my body). E9 dabbles with the wild fermenting brewing that seems to be gaining popularity. I sampled one here and it was not my bag. I took a good ol’ closed fermented IPA, thank you very much. The pizza was delicious and I inhaled it as quickly as my beer.
