Sandra’s Pick: Greenwood Summer Ale

After a solid morning of trails (biking for Jake, hiking for Leinie and I), we were in search of some good brewski rewards. Jake had met some locals who spoke of the greatness that Bellingham had to offer, including some brewery recommendations. Local recommendations usually prove fruitful so follow the advice we did. It led us to a container park dubbed “The Portal”.

Kulshan had a beer tent (actually it was a container, but that just doesn’t roll off the tongue) in the Portal, so technically we didn’t visit the brewery. However, my summer ale hit the spot while Jake enjoyed root beer (I know), and Leinie rolled in the grass. If this was the introduction to Bellingham, we were off to a great start.
