Jake’s Pick: Flagship

One last brewery stop while in the land of husking corn. Upstream was a welcome respite after exploring the Old Market neighborhood. This place was huge and had a delicious looking food menu to boot but we had just come from brunch and only had room for liquids.

On to the beer. APA’s will need to replace my longing for blondes for the time being and this was a solid one. Jake went for the IPA, Flagship, and drank it like it was going out of style, if that says anything. The beer bread on the way out was calling my name, so I made a note to stop there again for the food menu next time we are in town.
